Apply the Serum generously downwards onto your hair. The area of treatment should be completely coated in Serum.

Apply and paste the end-papers onto your hair, trying your best to cover most of the area of treatment.

Place a towel down and rest on each side. First time users are recommended a holding time of 25-30 min on each side consistently (no switching in-between). For frequent users, a 15 min holding period on each side will suffice. 

Rinse all the serum out of your hair with water only, and refrain from using shampoo for the next 12 hours.

DPERM is a chemical perming agent. Even though chemical permanents use strong solutions (thioglycolic acid) to break the existing texture bonds in the hair to change them, they are not necessarily equally damaging to all types of hair.

With thick stubborn hair, in which this product was made for, will not sustain as much damage from a thioglycolic acid chemical perm. Our Serum also contains lots of hydrating seed oils and extracts to reduce damage and maintain the health of your hair.

If you have BLEACHED hair, we strongly advise that you check with your stylist before using our serum. Applying our serum on bleached hair in some cases can cause discoloration and damage.

Traditionally, a perm’s formula consists of a high pH to soften the hair structure. A neutralizer with a low pH, an acidic based solution, is then used to neutralize the hair.

With our formulation, through countless trials and studies, we have developed a formula with a lower pH that works effectively to re-structure your hair. When our serum is applied to your hair and through the holding period, the oxygen (O2) in the air acts as a natural neutralizer and neutralizes your hair over time since our pH is considerably low.

In the end, your hair is left less damaged as you are not applying another chemical solution like a neutralizer in your hair (1), you are naturally neutralizing your hair with the O2 in your environment (2), and our products contains many hydrating seed oils and extracts to keep your hair healthy (3).
